Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every shipment. We accept returns in specific cases.
We accept a return if
The product arrived broken, the wrong product arrived, or there is a manufacturing defect. Report it with photos within 48 h of delivery.
We do not accept a return if
The product was opened, reconstituted or tampered with, or if the damage is due to the customer's storage.
